About the Utilities

In September-October 2009, Evans submitted utility certification applications for three water utilities with the Florida Public Service Commission. These utilities would be named Grove Land, Bluefield, and Skyland.

Grove Land

Grove Land Utilities, LLC, is a subsidiary of Evans Utilities, Inc. It would be located on property that Evans owns in Okeechobee, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. Grove Land Service Area Map

Bluefield

Bluefield Utilities, LLC, is a subsidiary of Evans Utilities, Inc. It would be located on property the company owns in Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Bluefield Service Area Map

Skyland

Skyland Utilities, LLC, is a subsidiary of Evans Utilities, Inc. It would be located on property the company owns in Pasco and Hernando Counties. Skyland Service Area Map
